NRewind Technologies is seeking a sharp, self-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) on a contract or freelance basis to help us scale our client base in web development and digital services. If you have a proven track record in generating leads, building partnerships, or closing deals in the IT space, and prefer flexible, results-driven engagements, this opportunity is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage new clients via outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, networking).
- Work with our internal team to create white-label business opportunities or commission-based deals.
- Understand client pain points and pitch tailored tech solutions (web development, mobile apps, digital transformation).
- Drive lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing (optional).
- Present and negotiate scopes, deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
- Maintain basic reporting of lead status, conversion rates, and market insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in IT sales, web agency partnerships, or B2B client acquisition.
- Familiarity with service-based selling (web, app, digital transformation, SaaS, etc.).
- Comfortable with contractual targets, performance-linked payouts, and remote coordination.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and represent the company in front of prospects or white-label clients.
Engagement Options
- White-label Partnership: Represent us under your own brand while we deliver.
- Commission-Only Model: Earn a healthy percentage on each closed deal.
- Hybrid Retainer + Commission (for high performers only): Discussed post-trial phase.
Preferred Tools & Skills
- CRM or lead tracking tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Trello, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of digital services (WordPress, Shopify, custom development, UI/UX, etc.)
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, or B2B portals is a bonus
